When we communicate numbers, we want the conclusions to be clear and to lead to powerful enlightenments.
In these two examples of information sharing, we portray examples of internal communication: a media investment report in the retail sector and a telco report of brand communication initiatives.
The result of a brand's investment in communication is par excellence desired to be translated into a positive return.
The way in which numbers are presented is therefore crucial to be straightforward, efficient and effective. However, reading should be enjoyable. Combining dynamic color elements with the brand's visual identity, allows to transform a simple report into a presentation of good results with greater brand and team ownership.
In large companies, it is important to keep the various stakeholders and employees aware of the brand's communication initiatives planned and developed, whether internal or external.
A report is a fundamental tool to fulfill this purpose, and should be a coherent reflection of the brand's values and its visual codes, as well as vehicle to foster the pride of representing and collaborating with a brand that communicates in a relevant way.
